These draft terms describe the intended shape of the Founding Hotel Pilot. A signed pilot agreement will take precedence.

Pilot service

Ayzynx provides an AI concierge configured from hotel-approved information. Exact scope, website compatibility, support and launch timing will be agreed with each founding hotel before activation.

Hotel responsibilities

Hotels are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing configured knowledge and notifying Ayzynx when important policies or operational details change.

Service boundaries

Ayzynx does not process payments, guarantee that every answer will be complete, or replace hotel staff judgement. Uncertain or sensitive requests should follow the agreed escalation route.

Pricing and cancellation

The Founding Hotel Pilot is £149 per month for one hotel website, subject to fair use. There is no long-term contract. Custom terms may apply to groups or advanced integrations.
