Information we collect

When a hotel submits an enquiry, we may receive the contact and hotel details entered in the form. A production service may also process hotel-supplied knowledge and guest questions so the concierge can respond.

How information is used

Enquiry details are intended only for responding to the hotel and discussing Ayzynx. Hotel knowledge and guest questions are intended only to provide and improve the agreed concierge service.

Sensitive information

Ayzynx is not intended to collect payment card details or sensitive booking information through the public demo. Guests should use the hotel’s approved secure channels for those requests.

Retention and rights

Retention periods, data-subject request procedures and the final legal basis for processing will be defined before production launch. Hotels and guests will be given an appropriate contact route for privacy requests.
