Essential storage, explained clearly

AYZYNX uses limited browser storage required to secure accounts, maintain a concierge conversation and operate embedded forms.

Essential account cookies

The client workspace uses an essential, secure session cookie after sign-in. It is required for authentication and tenant-scoped access and is not used for advertising.

Concierge session storage

The website widget keeps a random conversation identifier in the browser so a guest can continue the same conversation. The identifier is not intended to identify the guest by name and is kept separate from request-correlation identifiers.

Demo and enquiry forms

AYZYNX uses Tally for the demo-request form. Tally may use its own essential browser storage when displaying or submitting the form. Its processing is also described in the AYZYNX Privacy Notice and subprocessor information.

Analytics and advertising

AYZYNX does not currently describe or rely on advertising cookies in this service. If optional analytics or marketing cookies are introduced, this policy and the consent controls will be updated before those cookies are used where consent is required.

Your controls

You can remove browser storage using your browser settings. Blocking essential session storage may prevent sign-in or stop a concierge conversation carrying context between messages.
