Providers that help operate AYZYNX

The providers used for a hotel depend on the activated AYZYNX services. AYZYNX limits each provider to the information needed for its role.

Cloudflare

Cloudflare provides the production API runtime, D1 relational storage, request security, caching and operational logging for the concierge and platform services.

Vercel

Vercel provides hosting and delivery for the AYZYNX web application and client workspace.

OpenAI

OpenAI provides configured language-model processing used to prepare concierge responses. Requests are limited to the conversation and approved context needed to answer the guest.

Stripe

Stripe provides checkout, subscription billing, invoices and payment-status notifications. Stripe receives payment and billing details; AYZYNX does not receive full card numbers.

Twilio — when telephone service is activated

Twilio provides telephone numbers, call routing, speech input and provider call events for the AI Receptionist. AYZYNX does not activate a hotel telephone route until the service, disclosure and escalation configuration have been agreed.

Tally

Tally provides the public demo-request form and processes the business contact information submitted through that form.

Geoapify and Visual Crossing

Geoapify supplies live place and geocoding results; Visual Crossing supplies weather information. These services receive the location and query parameters needed to answer a location or weather request, rather than the hotel’s complete workspace.

Email infrastructure

AYZYNX uses contracted email and mailbox providers for service, support, billing and authorised outreach messages. The specific operational route may vary by message type; AYZYNX remains responsible for configuring access and limiting message content appropriately.

Changes

AYZYNX may update providers as the service develops. Material changes affecting client data are communicated in accordance with the applicable agreement and data-processing terms.
