How information moves through Ayzynx
A practical overview for hotel operators evaluating the Founding Hotel Pilot.

Hotel knowledge
Hotels provide or approve the operational information used by the concierge. Ayzynx configures that information for answering questions and supports updates when details change.
Guest conversations
Guest questions are sent to the concierge service to produce a response. The production retention, hosting location and subprocessors will be documented in the pilot agreement before launch.
Staff escalation
Where configured, an uncertain or sensitive request can be routed to the hotel’s chosen staff channel. The hotel remains responsible for the human response and any action taken.
Payments and booking data
Ayzynx does not process payments. The demo should not be used for personal, booking or payment details. Secure transactions remain within the hotel’s existing approved systems.
Before production
A data-processing agreement, retention schedule, subprocessor list, security summary and incident-contact procedure still require formal legal and operational review.
